Please contact us via email shopamberjay1@gmail.com before checking out this service. When sending in your email please use subject line: Custom Color Inquiry! Please send in clear images. You can send in multiple images as this is a inquiry to see if your desired color can be achieved by us. Once you get the ok you can then proceed to check out this service along with the hair from us we will be coloring.
Custom colors are non refundable, exchanges are not accepted and no changes can be done once color is completed!
Once photo is accepted we are already proceeding to buy the supplies needed to color such as hair dye, toners and bleach. You cannot resubmit a new photo after we have agreed on your color so please make sure you’re 100% sure on the color you have selected.
Please understand with color you’re altering the Virgin state of your hair. Colors can also sometimes show up different in pictures/videos vs reality based off lighting and various of other reasons (ex. Filters, natural outdoor/ indoor lighting, camera quality, ring lights etc.)
